Terms and Conditions

• If you no longer want your space sessions must be cancelled by the 25th of each month by texting/WhatsApp 07354445587, failure to do so will result in you being charged for the following month. (no other method of contact will be monitored)

• Sessions run 47 weeks of the year, payment is made in 12 equal monthly instalments regardless of the amount of training you receive each month.

​

• If you join after the 1st of the month, the remainder of your payment for that month will be due in cash at the start of your second lesson. (£5 per week for 1 hour sessions, £7.50 per week for 1.5 hour sessions - all remaining sessions need paid for on week 2, eg. 3 weeks left £5 x 3 £15 due)

• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. 

​

• If there are any sessions missed due to unforeseen circumstances, DVGC will offer a make-up session.

​

• DVGC or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

​

• DVGC reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

​

• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by texting/WhatsApp us at - 07354445587.

​

• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

​

• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

​

• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

​

• British Gymnastics membership is due by your child's 4th session, failure to do so will result in your space being revoked. Any issues with this please contact British Gymnastics themselves as we have no control over it.
